Code of Conduct
APA Pyrotechnicians follow a a strict Code of Conduct and are vigilant in complying with all Federal, State and Government Laws and Regulations.
CODE OF CONDUCT
1. To act in an honest and professional manner, demonstrating respect for clients, colleagues and pyrotechnic industry.
2. Never criticise or demean a fellow operator.
3. Comply with all federal, state and local government laws and regulations.
4. Never advertise false or misleading information about your skills, services or products and conduct your operation in a legal and moral manner.
5. To encourage and participate in activities the promote the pyrotechnic industry.
6. Never give media and press releases acting as an industry spokesperson, unless authorised by the APA to do so.
7. Ensure all your staff work to this code of conduct.
How do I know my fireworks operator is a member of the APA?
All members have a membership card so ask to see it.
